December 2020 E-Newsletter
Happy Holidays UPHA members! Even with the persistent COVID-19 pandemic I find there is much to be grateful for during this time of year. Never before have I seen such a unity of purpose within the public health disciplines as we all work together to educate, trace, and cooperate to mediate the spread of the virus. I appreciate those I work closely with and their tireless efforts throughout the majority of this year to go above and beyond their normal work routines and I know you all are experiencing similar efforts in your workplace. We are all certainly grateful that a vaccine is finally close to being distributed. I appreciate a wonderful UPHA Board who strives to serve the membership with enthusiasm despite so many pulls on their time and I want to thank each of you for your dedication to public health - the best profession in the world! - Patty Cross, Board President
