H.B. 113: Child Restraint Device Amendments Removes the requirement to have a child between 5 and 8 years old restrained in a booster seat while riding in a motor vehicle within 4 miles of their home and while traveling on streets with a posted speed limit not exceeding 45 mph. UPHA opposed H.B. 113. This bill was defeated.
