We have two general tasks at hand:
- first is to conduct a study and provide recommendations to the board regarding the restructuring of the infrastructure duties of the elected officers as stated in [the Infrastructure ] resolution [approved] at the last business meeting, and
- second, compose a strategic plan for the association that is consistent with the proposed restructuring and facilitates the mission and purpose of the association.
At our first meeting we will address these tasks in greater detail and set timelines and assignments. I seek to have our committee create a strategic plan that has excellent utility and encompasses short and long term activities of the association.
