Online Sponsor Application

To best recognize the sponsorship that help fund the Public Health Conference for Utah, this year we have improved the sponsorship program to allow organizations to be able to get the recognition for their gracious donations.  We ask that organizations look over the information about each of the levels and see what best fits their organization needs and funding levels.  We have added many benefits to some of the higher sponsorship levels like the full page ad in the program book to help organizations showcase their products or services and to show their dedication to public health in Utah.
