The Utah Nurses Association has authorized
a maximum of 15 continuing education units
for the UPHA conference

Upon checking in at the conference you will be given a
session tracking sheet and certificate to document
the number of CEU's you will receive. 

The American Dietetic Association has authorized
a maximum of 16 continuing education credits
for dietitians attending the UPHA conference

Upon checking in at the conference you will be given a
session tracking sheet and certificate to document
the number of CEU's you will receive. 

The Health Education Association of Utah (HEAU)* is authorized
to offer a maximum of 14.5 CHES Credits
for the Utah Public Health Conference and Pre-Conference 

Upon checking in at the conference you will be given an
Attendance and Session Tracking Form to document
the number of CHES Credits you will receive. 
Instructions for submitting for CHES Credits will be on this form. 

*The Health Education Association of Utah (HEAU) is approved by the
National Commission on Health Education Credentialing as a multi-event
provider of certified health education specialist (CHES) continuing education.
