After you enter the data on this form,
click on the button "ENTER MY INFORMATION" at the bottom of the page,
and when you see the security / password box, follow these instructions:

- Enter your last name in the "User Name" box
2
- Enter the word presenter in
the "Password" box
3 - Click on the "OK" button
You
will see a confirmation page, indicating your
information has been received, along with your Presenter ID Number. If
