Conference Registration & Fees


Registration - Each person registering for this conference is to complete all sections of the on-line or printed registration form. Substitution for a confirmed registrant is allowed at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or email; no phone cancellations can be accepted. Cancellations received by email or postmarked prior to the pre registration deadline will receive a full refund. Payments are to be sent to the address on the on-line acknowledgement / invoice or mail in registration form. Late fees apply for registrations entered online or postmarked after the pre registration deadline must include the late charge.
